We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Our studio is available by appointment, and you can also find us at local pop-ups and markets — follow us on Instagram @crystalclarityco for event announcements.
All items on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Depending on your location, our website may allow you to view and pay in your local currency at checkout.
Prices listed on our site do not include sales tax.
Applicable taxes are automatically calculated by Shopify at checkout based on your shipping address and cannot be adjusted by our team.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
For orders over $200, we also offer payment plans through Afterpay.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes — we currently ship within Canada and to the US, UK, Australia & New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days and custom orders may take longer.
Delivery timelines vary by destination.
Canadian and US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
International orders may take 7–16 business days. You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes levied by their country upon delivery.
These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Yes. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide pricing details.
We take great care in packaging every order and inspect all pieces before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged, please email: info@crystalclarityco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, details of the damage, and photographs of both the packaging and the item.
We generally do not offer refunds for transit damage and recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders — if insured, please work directly with the carrier to secure a refund.
At our sole discretion, if we determine damage resulted from a packing issue on our end, we may offer a replacement.
In such cases, a return authorization will be issued before any item is sent back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Crystal Clarity Co., we are dedicated to offering exceptional products and service.
Due to the highly customizable nature of many of our products, please note that all sales are final.
We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@crystalclarityco.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We are unable to accept order cancellations or modifications once an order has begun processing.
There are two exceptions: subscription orders that have not yet billed may be cancelled — please contact us at info@crystalclarityco.com before the billing date and we will be happy to assist.
Additionally, pre-orders for out-of-stock or in-production items may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
Please note that wholesale, custom or special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as supplies are sourced specifically for your order.
We meticulously inspect all pieces before shipment, but if an incorrect item was sent, please email: info@crystalclarityco.com within 48 hours of receipt with your name, order number, details of the item received versus what was ordered, and photographs of the incorrect item.
Once accepted, we will issue a return authorization with full return instructions — please do not ship anything back until you have received this authorization.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned within 30 days in their original, unused condition with the original packing slip.
Crystal Clarity Co. will replace the incorrect item at no additional cost.
Please allow up to one week after we receive your return for a quality control review.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION
Yes — we welcome custom requests for sourcing crystals or creating custom both malas and candles.
Please message us prior to placing an order so we can discuss options and pricing.
Please note: Custom orders are paid in full in advance.
If you're looking for a specific crystal, let us know and we'll search on your behalf.
When we find suitable options, we'll reach out with choices and you'll have 24 hours to select your piece or ask us to continue looking.
Please note that custom crystal requests are exempt from our standard cancellation policy — once you've committed to a piece, that commitment stands and full payment will be required to secure the piece.
Yes. We work with wholesale partners and offer private label options for candles and home fragrance products.

INSTAGRAM LIVE SALES
We periodically host live and story sales on Instagram (@crystalclarityco) where select crystals, candles, and jewellery are offered — sometimes at discounted prices before they appear on our website.
Following us on Instagram or subscribing to our email list is the best way to be notified in advance.
Before claiming any items, you'll need to share your email address with us via Instagram DM.
Each item will have a unique claim code with the price included. Claiming an item is a commitment to purchase — please claim consciously.
All live sale invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of being listed on our site.
Unpaid orders will be voided, and repeat non-payment may result in being removed from future sales.
For orders over $200, Afterpay is available.
Yes. We offer an open box option for up to 30 days, allowing you to consolidate live sale and website purchases into one shipment.

Our Jar Refill Program is our commitment to sustainable luxury.
Return your clean, undamaged Crystal Clarity Co. candle jars and choose your reward: a 10% discount on a same-scent refill, or jar credits that accumulate toward a free 8.5oz candle of your choice (10 credits = 1 free candle).
Return your dry, undamaged jar — no cleaning required.
You can drop them off at one of our local markets (dates announced on Instagram @crystalclarityco), at a participating retail location by arrangement, or at our Toronto studio by appointment.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support our community and accept donation requests twice per year during two dedicated windows:
- Spring: March 1 – March 15
- Fall: September 1 – September 15
Requests submitted outside of these windows will not be considered.
Donations are provided in the form of gift cards only, with a maximum of 3 cards per request.
Priority is given to current and past customers as well as members of our local Toronto community, and all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You'll be asked to share details about your event or initiative, how it aligns with Crystal Clarity Co.'s values, the number and value of gift cards requested, and how Crystal Clarity Co. will be recognized or promoted through your event.
Only fully completed forms submitted within a donation window will be considered. Approved applicants will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the submission deadline.
