Crystal Clarity Co. Donation Policy & Request Form

Crystal Clarity Co. is grateful for the opportunity to support our community. We accept donation requests twice per year:

• Spring: March 1 – March 15

• Fall Window: September 1 – September 15

Requests submitted outside of these windows will not be considered.

Donations are provided in the form of gift cards only, with a maximum of 3 cards per request.

Priority is given to current and past customers, as well as members of our local community. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How to Apply:

To submit a request, please complete our Donation Request Form.

The form will ask for details about your event or initiative, how it aligns with Crystal Clarity Co.’s values, the number and value of gift cards requested, and how we will be specifically recognized or promoted through your event.

Important Notes:

• Please provide accurate information, including your past purchases if applicable.

• Only fully completed forms submitted within the donation windows will be considered.

• Submissions are reviewed carefully, and approved requests will be notified via email within 4 weeks of the submission deadline.
