Our Five Tiers
We work across five tiers, so you can find the right level of customisation for your project — from stocking our signature collections through to a fully bespoke candle line.
Tier 1: Wholesale
Perfect for lifestyle boutiques & concept stores, spas & wellness centres, subscription boxes & curated gift sets, and retreats, client gifts & event favours.
Minimum order: 50 units
Our signature candle collections at wholesale pricing.
Select your fragrances from our scent menu and we'll handle the rest.
Add-ons (subject to additional charges):
- Celebrating a special occasion? We offer occasion-specific labels (teacher, thank you, new home, birthday, anniversary, and more) from our predesigned catalogue, at a small incremental cost.
- Standard white boxes
Tier 2: Private Label
Minimum order: 50 units (6 per fragrance)
Our fragrances, your branding (and names).
- Select your fragrances from our scent menu
- Select your candle jar from our catalogue
- Tell us what you'd like to name each candle
- Provide us with print-ready artwork for your labels
Add-ons (subject to additional charges):
- Standard black or white boxes
Tier 3: Semi-Custom
Minimum order: 100 units (custom fragrances require a minimum of 24 per fragrance)
Everything included in Tier 2, plus:
Choose from our full scent catalogue — 100+ fragrances.*
*Depending on the fragrance chosen, a development fee may apply. This allows us to test the chosen fragrance for safety if it isn't already part of our line-up.
Add-ons (subject to additional charges):
- Choose an alternative jar colour outside our standard offering, via custom sourcing
- Add crystal accents to the top of your candles, from our curated crystal catalogue
- Choose alternative packaging outside our standard offering, via custom sourcing
Tier 4: Custom Candle
Minimum order: 500 units (non-catalogue fragrances require a minimum of 36 per fragrance)
A new fragrance, developed specifically for your brand.
Everything included in Tier 3, plus:
- We can source up to 2 new fragrances outside our existing catalogue*
- Includes 2 samples per fragrance, with up to 2 rounds of revisions
- Includes 1 custom-branded box — just provide us with print-ready files, and we'll handle the rest
*A non-refundable development fee applies per fragrance, payable upfront — this reflects the sourcing and testing time involved.
Tier 5: Bespoke Candle Line
Quoted on a case-by-case basis — minimum orders may vary.
Create your own fragrance(s) or a complete candle line from the ground up, for brands developing a full, distinctive collection.
Sampling
If you'd like to sample a fragrance before committing, we're happy to arrange this — a small fee applies per sample. Details are confirmed as part of your quote.
Production & Shipping
- Tier 1 & 2: typically 2–4 weeks
- Tier 3 & 4: up to 8 weeks
- Tier 5: timeline provided with your quote
- Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed as part of your final quote prior to production.
