All items for sale are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Our website allows some international customers to pay in their local currency.

Sales Tax:

Purchase prices listed are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable sales tax is added to your order at checkout and is automatically calculated by Shopify based on your shipping address. This cannot be altered or cancelled by our team.

Shopping options: 

We offer our crystals, candles, and meditation mala jewellery via our website, Instagram live sales, and at local pop-ups and markets.

Products are often shown on Instagram before they are listed on our website. Follow us on Instagram @crystalclarityco to be the first to know about new arrivals, live sales, or promotions.

Live Sales:

We occasionally offer crystals, candles and jewellery via live or story sales on Instagram. These sales may feature items at discounted prices before they are listed on our website. Coupon or discount codes cannot be applied to live or story sale items. Each item will have a unique code with the price built in. You must claim with the correct code.

  • Prices will be shown in USD and will not include tax. Tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.
  • Please review our live sale policy before shopping using this channel.

Instagram Live Sale Policy:

  1. All customers must share their email address via DM on Instagram before claiming items.
  2. Live and story sale claims will be added to our website under the Live Sale Listings page according to your Instagram name within 24 hours of the sale finishing.
  3. Claiming an item means you are committing to purchasing that item—please claim consciously.
  4. We confirm who claimed the item based on the first name that appears on our screen following the item’s presentation.
  5. Due to the fast-paced nature of live sales, we do not allow exchanges or put-backs.
  6. Claims cannot be made on behalf of others participating in the live sale.
  7. If time permits, you may take screenshots of your items after claiming, but please keep track of your claims.
  8. All orders must be paid in full within 48 hours of the invoice listing being added to our site. Unpaid orders will be voided, and users may risk being blocked from future sales.
  9. We offer payment plans via Afterpay for orders over $200.
  10. Shipping rates are available for selection at checkout. Contact us for pricing if you wish to purchase insurance for your package.
  11. We offer an open box option for paid items for 30 days, allowing you to combine live/story sale purchases and have them shipped together. Request an open box during checkout.

Custom Requests:

If you are looking for a specific item, please let us know, and we would be happy to source it for you. For customization options for our jewellery pieces or candles please message us prior to purchase so we can provide detailed options and pricing.

Custom orders are payable in advance.

For custom crystal sourcing, we will contact you with options when we find suitable pieces that may meet your needs. You will have 24 hours to choose from the options or ask us to keep looking. Once you have selected your crystal, your order will be invoiced for payment. Custom requests are exempt from our cancellation policy; once you have chosen a piece, you are committing to purchase it.

Processing Time:

We receive new arrivals every week! Orders ship out in 3-5 business days. Please note that weekends do not count as processing days. Allow plenty of time to receive your packages, and please be patient.

Shipping Issues:

We take great care to package our items securely. Any damage or breakages that occur during shipping are beyond our control. If a package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim with the carrier. We do not offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit but will assist in investigating any issues with the mail service.
