Final Sale Policy
At Crystal Clarity Co., we are dedicated to offering exceptional products and service. Due to the highly customizable nature of many of our products, please note that all sales are final.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or order cancellations, except for future subscription orders that have not yet billed.
We do not offer exchanges except for items that have been damaged by, or shipped incorrectly by, our warehouse. Please see details below:
Items Shipped Incorrectly
Although we meticulously inspect all pieces before shipment, occasional shipping errors may occur. If an incorrect item is shipped, please report it to crystalclaritycompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt for a return authorization, providing the following details:

Details of item received vs item ordered

Applicable photographs showcasing the incorrect item
Upon acceptance of an incorrectly shipped product return, we will issue a return authorization and provide detailed return shipping instructions.
Please do not ship any products back to us until you have received the return authorization via email. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Crystal Clarity Co. will replace the incorrectly shipped item(s) at no additional cost. Returns must be received by our warehouse no later than 30 days after initial delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, accompanied by the original packing slip.
Once the product has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to one week for a thorough quality control review and the issuance of a refund or replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Items Damaged in Transit
We take great care to package our items securely and meticulously inspect all pieces before shipment; however, occasional shipping damages may occur. If your item arrives damaged, please report it to crystalclaritycompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing the following:

Applicable photographs showcasing the damage to both the packaging and the item(s)
We typically do not offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit and encourage you to work directly with the mail carrier (if insurance was purchased) to secure a shipping cost refund. We recommend purchasing insurance for all orders.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a product replacement if we determine the damage resulted from packing issues at our warehouse. In such instances, upon acceptance of a damaged product return, we will issue a return authorization and provide detailed return shipping instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund for any items returned more than 30 days after initial delivery, or for any items where damage was caused by normal wear and tear, shipping carrier handling, or misuse by the recipient.
Subscriptions, & Pre-Orders
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery.
Please note: Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their term unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscription directly from the links in your order confirmation emails.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for products that are out of stock or in production may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order.
However, custom or special orders cannot be canceled as supplies are sourced specifically for your order.
