Shipping and Handling

Shipping Timeline:

We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and currently ship to Canada and the USA. Packages are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders and special requests may require additional processing time.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available from our home studio in Toronto, ON. Once your order is ready, we will email you with pickup details and arrange a convenient day and time for you to collect your order.

Local Delivery:

Local delivery is available to those who reside within a 25km radius of our studio located in Toronto, ON. If local delivery is available in your area, the option will be automatically generated at checkout.

  • Complimentary Local Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery on orders over $100.
  • Flat Rate Local Delivery: For orders under $100, a nominal flat rate of $8.00 will apply.

Delivery Timeline: Anticipate a delivery window of 2-5 business days for local deliveries. Please note that tracking numbers are not provided for local deliveries.

Canadian Shipping:

Packages are shipped via the most economical method with tracking. Insurance is not included in the shipping cost. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us prior to completing your purchase to confirm pricing. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect your shipment.

International Shipping:

Packages are shipped via the most economical method with tracking. Insurance is not included in the shipping cost. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us before completing your purchase to confirm pricing. We recommend purchasing insurance for international shipments.

Customs Fees:

All customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes levied by your country.

Shipping Issues:

We take great care to package our items securely to prevent damage during transit. However, damage or breakages that occur during shipping are beyond our control. 

If a package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please be sure to include: 

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Details of damage
  • Applicable photographs showcasing the damage to both the packaging and the item(s). 

We do not offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit but will work with you to investigate any issues with the mail service (if insurance was purchased).
